Breath Work with Stacy Cohen

This course also offers interesting insights into the science of how breathing calms and soothes the nervous system and how and why breathwork is an effective tool for reducing stress and aiding in self regulating emotions. In addition, participants will be given an introduction to conscious breathing and they will also have an opportunity to practice some powerful breathing techniques, which can be incorporated into daily living. This is a great way to finish the night. This session will be approximately 30 minutes long.

Check out the Temple Sinai website to find out when future sessions are!
