Temple Sinai Happenings – July 8, 2022

Shabbat Services:

While Rabbi Perice is on paternity leave, we have a wonderful group of volunteers who have agreed to lead services. These lay leaders have put a lot of time and effort into making Shabbat special and meaningful. Please come to services and support them.

This course also offers interesting insights into the science of how breathing calms and soothes the nervous system and how and why breathwork is an effective tool for reducing stress and aiding in self regulating emotions. In addition, participants will be given an introduction to conscious breathing and they will also have an opportunity to practice some powerful breathing techniques, which can be incorporated into daily living. This is a great way to start off your Monday morning. This session will be approximately 30 minutes long.
